Bring the kids to Glasgow and they will love you forever. There really is so much to see and do in Glasgow for kids, you’ll wonder why you haven’t brought them before.

Everything and anything that relates to science is here, from The Planetarium and The Space Zone, to ‘Bodyworks’ and learning about why Quantum Physics is so cool! Scotland’s biggest IMAX Screen is also housed here.

Most major cities boast about their Botanic Gardens, and Glasgow is no exception. Open every day from 7am until dusk, the Gardens offer a place of respite for a few hours. Admission is free.

Would you like to try rock-climbing but are not great with heights? This visitor attraction has the answer. It’s climbing over boulders (mats) but is trickier than it sounds. Suitable for all levels.

25 bowling lanes, a diner and arcade games may sound like a movie set, but in fact its one of Glasgow’s busiest indoor activity centres and is a great spot to bring the family at any time day or night.

This is THE place to go if you have kids under 10. With 8 zones to visit, your little ones will be thrilled and entertained as they enjoy imaginary play in at the Playhouses, and physical play in the soft play or climbing wall zones. Located close to Silverburn shopping centre.

X-box, PlayStation, Nintendo. If you have any gamers in your family, this is the place to go.

What little kid doesn’t love a bit of rough and tumble? Soft play is ideal for smaller kids with big ideas and the Wonder World of Soft Play is accessible, fun, and right here in Glasgow.
