The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.VerifiedMeander551846342812024-11-18Very Good The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Location is excellent. It is walking distance from Argyle street where there are plenty of great cafes, restaurants and bars.VerifiedSuzanne D2024-11-15Friendly & comfortable Friendly & comfortable stay. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was stocked with plenty of tea / coffee. The location was perfect for exploring Glasgow. We would use this hotel if we were in Glasgow againVerifiedpjc3322024-11-05Good hotel for west end of Glasgow Convenient for Kelvingrove and Hunterian museums and large choice of restaurants.Friendly and helpful arrival greeting. Car parking outside- free at week ends. Clean room. Able to open window with view to garden. Very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows, very good cotton towels. Room small and limited space for clothes. Good breakfast. Shower control broken and difficult to control temperature. One sheet had a hole in it!VerifiedCecilia P2024-10-29Excellent Courteous, helpful and welcoming. They have always responded to every request and provided all the information necessary for my stay. The room clean and cozy. If I had not had other commitments I would have continued the stay in Glasgow.VerifiedAbbie P2024-10-27Fabulous! Our stay was great. The room was amazing. The whole building is beautiful. Lovely high ceilings, very spacious and very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Joe was very welcoming and happy to help if needed. The building is lovely. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.Verified603neil2024-10-25Single room, private separate bathroom. The hotel is very well placed. Close to the university and Kelvingrove. I was a single room with private bathroom across the hall. Facilities are very good and the duty manager was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and warm. Room was very clean. Decor could do with a refresh but overall good. Separate bathroom was very fresh and clean, plenty of towels, shower cubicle was tight but I'm over 6 feet tall and large built. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.VerifiedAlison E2024-10-21Pleasant stay Very pleasant stay for 1 night. Friendly welcome. Lovely large triple room. King size bed and a single. Tea and coffee facilities. Small hut functional bathroom although bit of noise after flushing the toilet. Never had breakfast. Would stay againVerifiedBrian S2024-10-21Another Glasgow trip Another great stay at Kelvingrove Hotel you can't meet a nicer man than Joe nothing is a problem great credit to the Hotel, rooms are clean and tidy breakfast is spot on with everything in walking distance and the Hydro on your doorstep we'll be back again

I've returned multiple times in different visits and booked the stay to kick off and then to end our honeymoon. Perfect location, the friendliest staff, and endless food options. Book with them directly for the best deals. Can't wait to be back :)DA Red2024-11-11Finding reasonably priced hotel rooms in Glasgow at the weekend is getting harder. The Kelvingrove’s location is ideal if you’re heading to the Hydro and budget friendly. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby and the area is nice for a wander. It’s not flashy but the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve had a tired room here before but this time the room felt fresher, so not sure if that’s luck or if there’s been some recent work done. Either way I’d definitely stay here again.Daniel Somers2024-11-11Joe is wicked! Nice hotel, clean and all the other stuff. The only thing I'd say is the bottom floor is a little noisy due to kitchen staff at breakfast! However, I do live in the countryside so I might have been more aware of noise. Its really not bad at allAlan Felstead2024-11-05Room was good for the price. Location great, especially for Ovo Hydro and restaurants around KelvingroveRebekah Wilson2024-11-01Joe was very friendly on arrival. Very close to plenty of restaurants and Glasgow university. The room was small but cosy. Footfall can be heard from upstairs but was never bad enough to be annoying. Tv is to left of bed and can’t turn which isn’t ideal but wasn’t much of an issue for us. Would go back again, great pillows.Olivia Mercadal2024-10-29Very nice hotel ! Joe was very nice and welcoming with us ! The breakfast was great with vegetarian options ! Thank you very much. We had a wonderful time :)
